Our team is working hard to keep your certification rolling. Thanks for your remote and digital communication from 23 March so we can maintain our quick turnarounds.
Because of our cloud based system and existing technology our service can continue... we are working remotely, the office is open and certifiers are out on the road.
What about our inspections?
Site inspections are going ahead if possible-
with social distancing and sanitiser on hand!
Clients / homeowners -we'll be following QLD health advice as the situation emerges - we'll ensure everyone's safe with the 4m2 personal space requirements.
Face to face meetings will go digital or distanced for now...it's essential that clients/ occupants/ homeowners inform us if there are changes to self- isolation status or if you become unwell (and we'll do the same!)

Like most, our team is now mostly working remotely, so thanks for using email to provide documents and a phone call / email to clarify anything, rather than dropping in.
Inspections as usual, especially for underpinning, re roofing, carport and demolition projects. Where possible, we request that no other people are on site when we are undertaking the inspection. Residential and pool builders, we’re managing risks to ensure we meet health and safety requirements.
Courtesy touch base with clients / owners a day prior to the requested booked inspection
We will help owners /occupants, clients or our BA&A team members reschedule the inspection as suits all parties, if they have any concerns regarding COVID-19 / their own health status.
If clients, owners or occupants of the building are still willing for the certifier attend site, we will be kindly requesting that all parties “do the five' and respect distance guidelines.
