Because of our cloud based system and existing technology our efficient and professional service can continue... Thanks for your in person or digital communication so we can maintain our quick turnarounds.


  • BA&A office is open, appointments preferred - (sign in and masks required)

  • Inspections are going ahead, adhering to government guidelines

  • Certifiers are available for meetings.


Clients / homeowners -we'll be following QLD health advice for final inspection bookings.

  • Call us from 8am – 4pm weekdays or email info@buildingaaa.com.au anytime

  • Quotes – please sign/ pay online using click through link on fee proposal or call the admin team to process payments over the phone in office hours.

  • Plan / document lodgement - uploads to portal/ email unaffected, please observe distancing and hygiene/ sign in protocols for office drop ins.

  • Certifier’s assessment - continue

  • Requests for Information (RFIs) - continue

  • Projects finalised - Form 21s and Form 17s ready to roll and digitally delivered!
