Reflections - what do we value about teamwork at BA&A?

Updated: Jan 15, 2020

Our team was so grateful to be acknowledged through the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for the past three years. These awards have given us energy to keep innovating! Recently we were asked to reflect on our values and the learning that has arisen from the award application process.

1. BA&A employs a range of strategies for teamwork success and consistently seeks feedback so we can personalise our service to the needs of each client.

We are passionate about team work skills that help us maintain strong relationships with clients.

2. We seek to continuously improve systems and offer a professional service over a widening range of service areas. We have focused on clarifying our role as building surveyors and strengthened our resolve to act ethically and in the public's best interest.

3. Through RICS, we are able to stay up to date with both local and global trends. We can reflect on challenges and opportunities in the industry. For example, over the past three years BA&A has taken advantage of new technology. We are supported by RICS to understand how globalisation, resource availability and pressure on urban infrastructure will challenge the wider construction industry so we can plan accordingly.
