Certification support for your projects - Brisbane and beyond
Growing from a family owned company, Building Approvals and Advice (BA&A) is committed to providing safer homes for South East Queensland. We specialise in Form 21s and Form 17s in the Brisbane region and surrounding councils. Our role is to act in the public interest, ensuring that building work complies with all National Construction Code (NCC), Queensland Development Code (QDC) and Australian Standards (AS). As industry experts, we partner with industry professionals such as:
-
Building designers
-
Builders
-
Architects
-
Engineers
-
Town Planners
Due to the complexity of the NCC, we don't have capacity to take on Owner Builder projects. BA&A does not certify pre existing work. We can not provide retrospective certification.
Awarded Building Certification Team of the Year 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), our team is passionate about collaboration in the construction industry. We keep our clients up to date with the constant changes by:
-
Being involved in industry events (e.g. Brisbane Pool Spa & Outdoor Living Expo)
-
Organising regular CPD events and workshops
-
Contributing to industry associations (DAIA, Timber Queensland, HIA, BDQ, MRIAQ, Master Builders Queensland)
