The second stage is streamlined by the BA&A Administration team (aka miracle workers!), generally in three days.
Once payment is finalised and the signed Engagement Agreement returned, the quote stage is complete. A receipt is issued to the client.
The quote project file is upgraded to a Building Application (BA) on the Building Certification Systems (BCS) dashboard. This is our innovative technology system that compiles project data and facilitates collaboration between all team members.
The certifier’s assistant allocated to the project will check through the signed Engagement Agreement and engage the appropriate Council.
